Overview
Villa Molly is situated in the beautiful Turquoise Coast resort of Kalkan, Turkey. This lovely detached holiday property is air conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people along with a private swimming pool. The Villa will be fully redecorated for 2017.
The villa is situated near restaurants and bars so there is no need for a car. There are lots of local taxi's that will take you to and from the marina for approximately 9 Lira (approx £2.50)
Layout
The ground floor is occupied by a large and airy living area, with a brand new open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is a guest/pool w/c.
The lounge opens directly to the pool terrace by way of two sets of large patio doors.
The first floor houses 2 large en suite bedrooms: a double and a twin, each with direct access to a private panoramic balcony.
The upper floor, together with the en suite master bedroom, has a fantastic large roof terrace with seating area offering unobstructed views over the village of Kalkan and the sea.
Living Room
The living area offers a comfortable seating area with TV, DVD player, Sound Bar, Xbox One, books and dvd's for young and old and board games.

Bedrooms
Villa Molly has 3 good sized air conditioned bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom). The Villa can sleep up to 6 people.
Bathrooms
There are 3 generous en suite bathrooms.. There is also a separate guest w/c. The ensuite to the twin will room will be completely refurbished for 2017.
Villa Molly offers a weekly maid service, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. Fresh bread is also delivered free of charge each day.
Terrace
The large outside terrace area offers sunbeds, parasols, a shaded dining area and new for 2017 will be a further decking area which will include a large corner sofa and large bean bags to relax and watch the sun go down.
Swimming Pool
The private swimming pool is generously sized and surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean shrubs and trees. It is beautifully lit at night time.

The walls around the terrace/pool are will be raised to offer more privacy by 2017.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden.
There will also be table tennis and BBQ area at the rear of the villa.

Kalkan is approximately 90 minutes from Dalaman airport and private transfers can be arranged at the rate of £55 each way for up to 4 people and £65 each way for up to 6. Ryan Air have already released their 2017 flights and Easy Jet will release their spring flights on 06/10/16 and summer flights in November 2016.
All guests will be met by our property manager Billy who will provide a mobile phone to contact him should any issues arise during your stay.
The rental rates for 2017 are:

1st-30th June - £980pw
1st July-31st August - £1180
1st -30th September £850
1st-31st October £750
A £300 security deposit is required and full payment is due to 6 weeks prior to travel. No refunds will be given if cancelled within this 6 period.
